Project Summary
EkoEnergas is a company that sells solar panels, components, and offers maintenance services for people who already own solar panels. In this project, my primary role was to create a clean and modern website design. The main goal was to develop an easily understandable website structure and a solar panel calculator.
The challenge
There were a couple of main challenges. The first one was to make the website more user-friendly, with a clean and easy-to-read design that allows homeowners to easily find information about eco-friendly environmental compensations. The second challenge was to create a visible and easy-to-understand calculator for customers to determine the number of solar panels they need to ensure their household's electricity consumption.
Solution
The solution was to create several main types of solar panel categories for people looking for specific types, whether for installation or compensation information. For the calculator, we designed a prominent, easy-to-see box in the hero section, where users can enter their details and quickly find out the size of the solar panels they need to meet their household's electricity needs. Now, customers can easily discover how much it will cost to install solar panels for homeowners or companies.
